No, we provide yoga mats and sanitise them after each session. You are welcome to bring your own mat, but we cannot guarantee it won't get chewed by a playful puppy!

Be sure to bring a change of clothes! Any comfortable, non-restrictive clothing is suitable. This can be sportswear, yoga wear, Pilates wear, etc. Shoes are removed upon entering the hall, and the session is conducted in socks. Please note that yoga in jeans or trousers is not allowed.

Yes, our sessions are perfect for beginners and remember, all exercises are optional!

All puppies that join us belong to owners and kennels that lack the means to socialise puppies outside their home environment. Our sessions essentially serve as a daycare for puppies.

These sessions allow puppies to interact with new people in a safe environment and adapt to them, which in turn reduces their anxiety when they move to their new homes with their owners.

Our puppies come from owners and breeders who recognise the benefits of socialisation and want their puppies to be socialised before they go to their new homes. The puppies, aged 6 to 13 weeks, come from loving homes where they are cared for until they are ready to join their new families. You might even meet your furry soulmate at our sessions and decide to give them a forever home!

We strive to select puppies of various breeds. We post the current breeds in our stories a few days before the event.

Yes, some puppies may be available for purchase after meeting them at the sessions, if the breeder is selling them. We will help you contact the breeders individually.

We allow visitors from the age of 6.

Each booking can include no more than two children aged 6 to 13, provided they behave well and know how to handle animals. An adult (21+) must also make a booking and be present with them during the session to ensure safety. Unfortunately, children who misbehave will be asked to leave the hall. Each participant will need their own booking for entry.

Bookings are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your booking to another date if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
