By signing up for a Puppy Yoga Club puppy yoga class, you agree to the following T&C's:
1. You confirm that you do not have any allergies to animals, including those featured in our sessions, and acknowledge that Puppy Yoga Club cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur during or after classes.
2. You agree to attend the specific date and time of the session you have booked.
You understand the importance of arriving promptly for your class, preferably 10 minutes early.
3. You acknowledge that the Puppy Yoga Club team reserves the right to remove and prohibit any individuals displaying violent or inappropriate behaviour towards animals or other participants, as well as those causing disruption to the session.
4. You understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the class for promotional purposes by Puppy Yoga Club, including on social media.
5. You agree to handle and interact with Puppy Yoga Club’s puppies with care and accept liability for any damages or injury caused due to mishandling.
6. You acknowledge that due to the nature of our business, Puppy Yoga Club cannot guarantee that the advertised breed will be present in the studio on the day of your booking. We endeavour to notify you of any breed changes at least 48 hours prior to your session.
7. In the event that we need to cancel a class due to circumstances beyond our control, such as issues with the puppies' owners or extreme weather, we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. We aim to notify you of any changes 48 hours before your scheduled booking. Such occurrences are rare.
8. Tickets are non-refundable, but we allow rescheduling with at least 5 days’ notice. Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend the class.
9. Participants must be a minimum of 10 years old to join our classes. Children aged 10-14 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times, with a ratio of one adult per two children.
10. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the studio.
11. You agree to maintain a low voice level throughout the session.
