Terms & Conditions
By signing up for a Puppy Yoga Club London session, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Health & Personal Responsibility
1.1 You confirm that you do not have any allergies to animals, including those featured in our sessions. Puppy Yoga Club London cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur during or after sessions.
1.2 By attending our sessions, you understand that there are risks inherent in participating in the session, including but not limited to injury and physical harm to yourself or others. You agree that you participate at your own risk and will not hold Puppy Yoga Club London or any of its staff liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm that may occur during or as a result of the session.
1.3 You agree to handle and interact with Puppy Yoga Club London’s puppies with care and accept liability for any damages or injury caused due to mishandling.
2. Bookings, Attendance & Refund Policy
2.1 You agree to attend the specific date and time of the session you have booked.
2.2 We allow a 15-minute window if attendees are running late for their class. After this time, it will be at the discretion of the Event Manager to determine whether it is safe for latecomers to enter the studio.
2.3 If you are running late, you must contact the Event Manager on 07351146621. Entry will only be permitted once the events team has confirmed that it is safe to enter the studio.
2.4 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and are not permitted to enter, there will be no option to refund or reschedule your booking.
2.5 Admission to the studio is only available to paying customers. There are no waiting facilities at the studio, and entry will not be permitted to non-ticket holders.
2.6 Tickets are non-refundable. However, rescheduling is permitted with at least 5 days’ notice. Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend.
2.7 If you are removed from a session due to failure to follow safety instructions, inappropriate behaviour, disruption, or breach of these Terms and Conditions, no refund or reschedule will be provided.
2.8 In the event that Puppy Yoga Club London must cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to issues with the puppies' owners or extreme weather), a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule will be offered. We aim to provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
3. Session Safety & Welfare Procedures
3.1 Our classes operate under strict health and safety rules to protect the wellbeing of the puppies and all participants.
3.2 All attendees must remain seated and attentive during the health and safety briefing at the beginning of the session.
3.3 Only once all participants are seated and the health and safety briefing has been completed will the puppies be allowed to begin socialising with attendees.
3.4 Participants must remain seated during designated puppy play time and must follow all instructions given by staff at all times.
3.5 Failure to follow safety instructions or studio rules may result in you being asked to leave the session without refund.
4. Private Bookings
4.1 A deposit is required to secure all private bookings.
4.2 The deposit is refundable if cancellation occurs more than 30 days prior to the session date.
4.3 Full payment is due 30 days before the session date and is non-refundable.
4.4 Cancellations within 30 days of the session date are non-refundable.
5. Behaviour & Studio Rules
5.1 Puppy Yoga Club London reserves the right to remove and prohibit any individual displaying violent, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour towards animals, staff, or other participants.
5.2 Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the studio.
5.3 You agree to maintain a low voice level throughout the session to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of the puppies.
6. Children & Group Bookings
6.1 Participants must be a minimum of 8 years old.
6.2 Children aged 8-15 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
6.3 Large groups of children are not permitted in public sessions. Private sessions must be arranged in advance.
7. Photography & Media
7.1 You acknowledge that photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes, including use on social media and marketing materials by Puppy Yoga Club London.
8. General Provisions
8.1 Due to the nature of our business, Puppy Yoga Club London cannot guarantee that the advertised breed will be present on the day of your booking.
8.2 These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations and guidelines for participating in sessions at Puppy Yoga Club London.
