Terms & Conditions

By signing up for a Puppy Yoga Club London Puppy Yoga or Puppy Therapy session, you agree to the following T&C's:

1. You confirm that you do not have any allergies to animals, including those featured in our sessions, and acknowledge that Puppy Yoga Club London cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur during or after sessions.

2. You agree to attend the specific date and time of the session you have booked.

3. You understand the importance of arriving promptly for your session, preferably 10 minutes early.

4. You acknowledge that the Puppy Yoga Club London team reserves the right to remove and prohibit any individuals displaying violent or inappropriate behaviour towards animals or other participants, as well as those causing disruption to the session.

5. You understand that photographs and videos may be taken during the session for promotional purposes by Puppy Yoga Club London, including on social media.

6. You agree to handle and interact with Puppy Yoga Club London’s puppies with care and accept liability for any damages or injury caused due to mishandling.

7. You acknowledge that due to the nature of our business, Puppy Yoga Club London cannot guarantee that the advertised breed will be present in the studio on the day of your booking.

8. In the event that we need to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control, such as issues with the puppies' owners or extreme weather, we will offer a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. We aim to notify you of any changes 48 hours before your scheduled booking. Such occurrences are rare.

9. Tickets are non-refundable, but we allow rescheduling with at least 5 days’ notice. Alternatively, you may transfer your ticket to another person if you are unable to attend the session.

10. A deposit is required to secure all private bookings with Puppy Yoga Club London. The deposit is refundable if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the session date. Full payment is due 30 days before the session date and is non-refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of the session date will not be refunded.

11. Participants must be a minimum of 8 years old to join our sessions. Children aged 8-15 must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.

12. Large groups of children cannot be booked into public sessions. Customers must contact us in advance to arrange a private session.

13. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the studio.

14. You agree to maintain a low voice level throughout the session.

15. These Terms and Conditions outline the expectations and guidelines for participating in our sessions at Puppy Yoga Club London.

16. Admission to the studio is only available to paying customers. There are no waiting facilities at the studio, please do not request to wait in the studio.
